Tool and Die

Specializing in progressive, transfer and line dies, Classic Tool & Die Inc. uses CAD/CAM precision machining with a range of tryout presses to serve the auto industry in Ontario and the U.S.
Highly skilled tradesmen program and operate advanced machinery such as wire-cut EDMs and large CNC mills to build quality tools, dies and prototypes. Using the latest simulation and scanning technology for reverse engineering, we can reproduce parts directly from customer samples or CAD data.
Comprehensive quality-control inspection is carried out during the entire manufacturing process, because at Classic we are committed to exceeding the expectations of our most demanding customers.
We also build prototypes, checking fixtures, gauges and special assembly machines.
